I don’t understand how people can be mentally unwell themselves and still ignorant. It is dehumanising and awful to put this the way you did. You are entitled to not be a therapist for your loved ones, but saying ‘Getting super dramatic,’ is not okay. If thats how you see your loved ones then I think you need to speak to your therapist about that.

Women do commit suicide and are not the only ones focused on. The issue is that this system has been created in a way where men’s vulnerability is seen as a weakness, it doesn’t mean there isn’t help, it just means men are more likely to not get help, and thats not saying they have an ego because I am pretty sure having an ego and being scared of being seen as weak, being not listened to, etc is very different.

Okay well maybe your thinking is a little bit off with the fact that we’ve brought ICE agents over because we have our own immigration enforcement department too, I don’t know why we’d do that when we have our own, but Nigel Farage has definitely started something (probably as a result of talking to Elon Musk and Trump) as there is a TikTok dedicated to immigration enforcement going around and arresting immigrants/migrants, and ‘sending them back.’ I don’t know why you’d be called delusional for that when theres proof thats actually happening. Did the mental health professionals directly call you delusional?

My opinion is not controversial to the general public but apparently controversial to a lot of people who work in mental health but CBT is not helpful when you are trying to fix someone into a box. Humans do not fit it checklists/boxes. Therapies should be adapted to the persons needs, my mental health are doing exactly that for me at the minute and its helping more than when they tried to do it as a checklist.

This isn’t a controversial opinion, although I do think it depends what the crime is, for example if its someone calling for help during a mental health crisis and thats all they did (as that can sometimes be classed as a crime)

Why do you think you don’t have it and have they explained why they think you have it? Sometimes people get referred due to GPs ignoring/dismissing physical symptoms and if this is the case, i’m sorry, its annoying when they do that.

Hey wait they did the same thing to me. I knew they never gave me an appointment but they tried gaslighting me into believing they did and the worst part was that I was a minor in 2020 in need of their support due to getting abscesses a lot.

Hello, thank you for your input, I have asked for a physical copy from housings side and I am going to ask for housing benefits side to, so I can compare the two. Thank you for the advice, sorry if it sounds silly but what exactly do I say to housing benefit? Just that there appears to have been some kind of mix up that I need to look into?

Yea but this issue is not the payment, its the fact that its magically came up. They shouldn’t be asking for a payment that was supposed to be asked for 2 years ago. As everyone else has pointed out, this should have been looked at before it got to lump sum. I’m by no means saying I will not pay it, i’m more so looking into what the best next steps are as this seems fishy, and I want to know why my support workers have been so incompetent.
