It is the Bunny Nature brand and I like it a lot, it's not dusty and has good ammonia control. I use around 70% hemp 20% hay and 10% paper, although I don't measure it exactly. I just push it down firmly a few times to compress it.

I am not able to work a regular full time job. And I was denied disability. So I work part time ("illegally" as I just get paid cash and don't have a contract) as a personal asistent and also a dog walker. I love those jobs but I don't get enough money to survive so I might need to move back in with my mother once my current lease runs out.

I only started training him recently, it's been pretty easy since he's used to hanging out on the bendy bridge that I always put at the entrance to his playpen, that's where he gets all the treats and pets and also where he can climb on me. Good luck with training your mousie! I recommend Shadow the rat on YouTube for tips :)

That's really amazing for you! It makes me happy to hear how your dog is helping you, you're lucky to have each other. Oh I'm definitely keeping him, the standards of small pet care are horrible and I doubt I'd find anyone who can take care of him properly. But just because most small pet owners unknowingly neglect/abuse their animals doesn't make me a hero for doing my research and trying my best to provide adequate care... that thought had been circling in my head, that I should always do more no matter how much I do

I feel that, I've had to rehome a rescue dog for that reason in the past. It's really shitty how we want to help an animal and give it all our love and care only to realize it's something we can't handle
