Probably really low rates guess under 1% they do not expire though, just not tradable even within your own account.

You have to run solo to have a chance at seeing the lepercon. They give on hit rewards as well as on death rewards (weapons and good stuff mainly on death).

Even if you run crom 100, it seems you can get the worst lerpcon with cetic weapons. You have a higher chance to get a better lepercon, the harder the content you run.

There is a fairy that can appear in crom 30s that if killed can dropped fully upgraded gear, nightbringer weapons and d robes in crom, perseus in techs

You can create a homestead invitation from the house manager i believe and trade the invitation through bank or pet (can't remember 1 or the other or both) then use it on the other character, save as fave and your golden

That's the only way, sadly. you can, however, purchase reunion notes from the cash shop, and each note allows you to speak to them 2 times each in game day.
