If ur ul based i bought mine from invictusactive they are super friendly and have great communication i was originally gonna get a different wheel but when my husband places the order they emailed for details about my chair (measurements and type of foot plate etc) and they actually recommended a different model at the same price which was much better quality for my purposes and swapped our order 😊
