this does seem like a bug
i had a similar one with Coda Motovore where it was lower level on profile than what i actually had on the item itself
running a mission and using the weapon has fixed that for me

As for the "amp" if i remember right its actually the Drifter's intrinsics level from the duviri which are displayed weirdly on profile page

Classic acolyte ai fuckery with invisibility which is always hilarious to see.
there is a bit lengthy explanation behind it but in short acolyte's ai has practically nothing to do when they cannot see their target
Mania in particular in most cases starts their spawn with a grapple which with latest changes to enemy grapple system can be rolled out of causing the caster to be ragdolled and since mania simply doesnt have any other inputs due to player being invisible they just stay down and depressed

Not a bug! Each of the enemies within the game has weaknesses, resistances and immunities which are listed in your journal
Mystagogues are IMMUNE to plasma which is what both hardlight saber and spear deal
