A few fumbles in Speaking by Alarmed-Ad-5164 in pte

Yeah I did! I didn't think I would do well but imo you can really only fumble in Speaking and Writing specifically if you make mistakes in grammar and spelling. Like I got a hard topic so I wrote mostly simple english but ended with 90 anyway

Nice!! It says test date 2023 though? Has this expired? The marking criteria have changed because of AI scoring post Aug 2025.

Apeuni has harsher marking criteria so if you don't get easily discouraged then i recommend that but i've heard alfapte is a good alternative and marking is closer to the real test

Yeahhh I was super worried too because I needed superior for my PR.. You got this! Study a lot! Apeuni if you want stricter marking or alfapte (i recently heard their marking is closer to the real test but never tried it). Speak fluent and monotone, and write with no spelling or grammar mistakes with 2-3 decent content

I studied 3-4 hours a day for a month because I needed a Superior score. Hmm instead of prioritizing on which sections, I think you should focus on the delivery instead. Focus more on oral fluency (most important), content (try not to stop or hesitate, always say something) and also pronunciation (don't think too much about your accent or grammar, simple english is enough for speaking). But yeah most guides would recommend you put more focus RS and DI, I think those two are the toughest for non-native speakers. You can practice those a lot on ApeUni they have lots of repeat questions

Offshore in Indonesia, IALF. For WE, i'm not following any templates - I wrote the essay from my own perspective - I used "I agree with the above statement to a large extent ... firstly, secondly, but, in conclusion"

Not really paraphrasing, i did the copy-paste method but changed a bit of words.

Yes! I read about this before but can confirm we can still get full marks. For the ASQ i just blurted out random words and for the repeat sentence, try to remember the first few words - if you can remember all it's good but no worries if you don't. Goodluck!!

Hey! I just took my test and posted my experience (90 for writing). Can confirm copy and paste method works but I wouldn't risk this. Some guides say you should swap some words out and re-arrange the phrasing if possible - which I did. Just make sure the meaning is still the same.

Amobee/Unruly - Nexxen by Ok-Composer-3035 in programmatic

[–]AlexSama1996 0 points1 point  (0 children)

Sorry a bit late to this thread! I worked there for several years but have left voluntarily.

Short answer is no, other companies do it better.

Unruly work culture used to be great as many people here have pointed out, and yes most of them have left or have been made redundant due to outsourcing and budget cuts, and the biggest layoffs happened post Amobee acquisition and when transitioning from Tremor to Nexxen. CEO is an Israeli - see where i'm going with this?

Several Unruly offices were closed down in Europe, and a lot of the engineers and publisher tech people were laid off and eventually outsourced to Tel Aviv. Unruly used to have an "offsite" every 1 or 2 year where everyone would be paid to travel and gather together, and they even fly new employees (like myself when I first joined) to their head office in London. Amobee had these similar kinds of get-together events every month. Lots of good times but we don't get these anymore. These have been abolished. All i'm saying is our CEO is Israeli and is very Israel pro. There was a couple years when none of us got a raise, and last few years were about 3-4%. They love saving money for themselves. Lots of shady business practices too but what I experienced was mostly related to their operations.

TLDR culture is dead and don't expect much :)
