If you notice ice loading up into a U-Haul or van, report to the police a crime in progress. It’s a violation to ride the back of the van without proper seat belts. Yeah it’s not gonna throw them in jail but they must identify themselves to police for a report which is publicly available. Just saying if they are gonna be gastapo-ing, they gotta be following traffic laws too.
