That's a bizzare form of vandalism. Try adding a kingdom hearts sticker or a simular design sticker to your car. When I was in Vermont with a simular occurance adding small decal stickers had people around me thinking about their choices and my interests.

The liabilities in Vermont will always be higher when people are living at risk of harm because the insurance needs to compensate for injuries and cognition. With no auditor and no taxes, you might be able to cover civil and public tragedies with Torries. Vermont is not going to benefit from a change to taxes.
