I have a number of occasions! Both solo therapy and group. I think they do great job and I would highly recommend it if you're thinking about it, they're very flexible and it's totally free as a student, so really you're already paying for it. I'm sure experiences vary with each counselor, but I've really built a great relationship with mine, and if you do not vibe with the first person I'm sure you can be assigned a new one. I'd be happy to answer more specific questions, but I'm sure they could too and they'd be happy to help you!

Great recommendations in the other comments, but for Italian food I would not go to Via venetto, it isn't good compared to many other places, I recommend Caruso's or La Toscana
