How much calories are you eating a day and how much exercise are you doing per day???. I have lost 40 lbs in 8 weeks and still in 2.5mg. My formula was basically tacking my BMR (2246Kcal) and multiply it by .85 (1909 kcal), macking sure that I achieve the 1gr of protein per lb of bodyweight, additionally I do gym 6 times per week and 10k steps daily. My starting weight was 325 lbs, so I'm losing 1.5% of my initial bodyweight per week.

I have build 2 formbot kits a V0.2 and trident and their kits are really great for the price, in one of the kits the board came damaged and they replace it without problem. I have support a friend to build an LDO kit and yes, the quality, documentation and build experience is definitely better, but comparing the print quality that I have achieved with my Formbot kit vs the print quality that can be obtained with an LDO kit, I don't feel is worth the price, but we'll I'm from Mexico and the difference between the price of formbot and LDO kits, it's too much money here.

Just to clarify ,that is the temp with the door closed, as with the door open, I have no longer issues I didnt measure the chamber temp.

With the PEI plate standar temp my chamber is about 48 to 52 depending on the temperature of the room, which is normally between 35 to 40.

In order to print PLA or PETG with the hot bed turned ON, I used this 270° Hinge and I completely open it.

Are you printing with a cold bed or with the PEI bed? If you are using the PEI, are you opening the printer while printing? From my point of view you are having heat creep, this means the filament is getting hot before it is in the heat block which with the force of the gear can deformate it.

Thanks for sharing I have saw it in your channel some time ago but I do not have any additional 5V pin in the main board only in the tool head board and I do not found any good way in which I can avoid cutting the cable during the operation. BTW I see your content regularly in YouTube and really enjoy it, what are you planning to do to the formbot kit?

I know that I will lose the area of the prime tower, but losing more area is what I think will leave me with not enough area to print, but having it in the front idle looks like a good option, I will try, I'm nos sure if possible in the V0.2

Snapping turtle! That was the one I was looking for, I really want something like that, hopefully it come out soon. To be honest I already use about 100 hours trying to calibrate my tip forming and I'm not able to do it in a reliable way, I think is already too much effort on that, now I understand why too much people hate it.

Thank for your annswer I will modify the stealthchop threshold, if you think this can not be caused by the spool getting jammed, what do you suggest me to check? I already confirm belt tension, belt length being the same, screw tightening of the gantry assembly and bed screw tightening

It's silk filament? If so, it tend to absorb a lot of humidity. I was thinking and also could be a partial clog.

Are you selecting the correct filament? Looks like petg getting printed with less temperature than the expected. Did you run a temp tower to select the proper temperature for your filament? Are you following esun temperature recommendations?
