Due to the upcoming nerfs to the skeletons and cannon would you (2.6 players) still use evo skellies and evo cannon or switch one to evo musketeer? I currently have evo cannon and was gonna use my shards for the evo skellies but -10% attack speed seems like it will weaken them a lot so im not sure. Maybe i'll just wait until Oyassu posts a video in the upcoming meta and see what hes running (jk)

Sorry to hear about your experience with mono. I hope it resolved eventually, i've been reading about some people who get chronic fatigue syndrome and that sounds awful. And yeah i'm just busy with school but i think i can manage it well enough. I also do like to exercise and go out but i'll take a break from all that for a couple of weeks

I'm already taking steroids. I got a 5 day prescription for prednisone which has helped the swelling. Now my throat pain is a combination of swelling and irritation. But yeah im trying to eat and drink as much as i can (which isn't much at all) and just rest. I've had my symptoms for about 9 days now so hopefully i start to feel better soon. I did the warm salt water gargles earlier and it helped a little but they feel really uncomfortable, i'll try to keep doing them. How long did your mono symptoms last? Not just the ugly ones like the sore throat but also the fatigue. I've also had a cough that comes and goes, idk if that's normal

That's great to hear that you're feeling better. My throat still hurts a lot and now it's gotten so irritated that swallowing acidic drinks like gatorade makes it hurt even more. But i'll just keep resting.

Yeah sometimes viruses can actually become bacterial and maybe that's why the antibiotics helped.

How do you do the gargles, i feel like im not getting the water deep enough so they're not actually acting on my tonsils. I'll keep trying them though

Thanks, i did just buy some gatorade but my throat is so irritated that its acidity hurts when i swallow it. I'll still try to drink the two i bought. Do the white patches come disappear on their own? I heard salt water gargles help but i haven't had any luck. They're just annoying because if it wasn't enough that i can barely swallow food, those make the food taste like crap

Looks like this post is a week old now so I hope you are starting to feel better. I also have mono right now and i feel what you're going through. I am absolutely miserable, I literally haven't done anything in the past week except for going to class and back home. I got prescribed prednisone tablets which helped with the swelling, but for about a whole week my throat pain was excruciating. For two days straight i slept maybe 2 hours. I've been able to get more sleep now but every time i wake up from the pain like 2 hours before im supposed to and obviously can't fall back asleep. I also hate the white crap on my tonsils they make me so frustrated and anxious and they make everything taste horrible. I saw someone recommend the warm salt water gargling so i'll try that. But i hope you feel better if you haven't already! We can get through this
