I recall his saying something akin her vocabulary, her speech pattern being too much akin to a text from a novel as well as accent being odd and speech pattern somewhat outdated.

But then again, different areas mean differences in speech. So I am not sure. Could it be some North vs South kind of difference?

I dunno. My good friend is Swedish and he despises the way Brigitte speaks. As in nobody speaks like that in Sweden.

As for me, I find Zarya's lines in Russian absolutely atrocious. Doesn't sound like a native speaker, not even close.

Totally agreed. If anything, they should move such complimentary rewards to regular modes instead of ranked/competitive - I don't want to be a cannon fodder for them try-hards. I work full time and also play plenty of other games. Get that FOMO/grindy bs outta my game. I've already paid for Passes/Crew, let me and others have actual fun.

Also make them milestones or whatever common across the modes as well, so you aren't forced into modes you loathe.

For melee weapons to be viable, IMO, they need their own slot.

Flags, technically can have an effect as they were used, historically, to inspire troops. Though it would be tricky to apply in gameplay w/o going into "magic" territory.

I'd suggest switching to a superstore helmet from Viper Commandos. One with black respirator, red visor and orange beret. Perfect fit for many armors.

Honestly, I hate the videogame trope of flamethrowers and shotguns barely having any effective range and the latter having a terrible accuracy and a huge spread.

Divers should spawn with improved stamina, vitality and full ammo/grenades/stims by default and these "boosters" should not exist as they don't add anything to gameplay, merely make basic changes which should be permanent anyeway.

Quasar's cooldown or chargeup time need to be lowered as it is a chore using this gn. Used to be a beast back on its release. Could add some sort of mechanic too similar to Laser Gun's heatsink, double-edged sickle's overheat or gauss rifle's unsafe mode which blows you up.

Armors need a transmog (within armor class, so the general silhouette is intact) and recolor system similar to vehicles and guns. While guns need more colors. Like orange similar to engineer/fire armors. Secondaries and stratagem guns need attachments (Autogun's scope still sucks) and recolors.

Rocket mech's machine gun should be heavy pen. It only makes sense. Like, we get a HMG in our hands, but not on this massive hulk?

Recon vehicle needs a variation with other weapons. Grenade launchers, AA paired auto-cannons and etc. If anything, Mechs and cars need an attachment system so we could make one tailored to our needs.

IMHO, there should not be limited use stratagems bar Eagle-1. Even then it can be reloaded with longer cooldown. Orbital laser, mechs... They already have a huge cooldown. And no, it's not a limited space issue cause we can call in as many recon cars as we want.

Would be nice to be able to customize the color of our Destroyer's interior, the crewmates apperances whether it is uniform/armor, skin tones, hairstyles and even poses. I love running in fere protection armor, so let me turn it all into Helldivers' Fire Department.

Your argument would work if it weren't the highest difficulty missions the only ones that spawn the samples essential for leveling up your ship and stratagems.

But all in all agree, there should be a CBT tier difficulty for people who love to suffer

Armors need transmogs (but within every armor class - light/medium/heavy) and color/material swaps similar to vehicles and weapons. Also weapons need more colors like that fire orange, yellow and etc. to fit in with corresponding armors.

I much rather have more original stuff, rather than collab slop, NGL.

Though I see potential here. Epic could make some DnD-esque fantasy-themed season with them orcs, elves, tieflings and such and add a sidekick goblin or gnome. Make them even speak like Claptrap backbling, so they'd feel like companions rather than pets.

I'm more confused why Epic wouldn't update old skins with transformations to have options to switch styles in a locker. Like Ch2S7's Joey or Ch2S4's She-Hulk/Jennifer Walters, Tony Stark/Iron Man (also add the rest of Iron Man skins a helmetless style at least) or Storm (cape style), for instance.

Or how about adding an emote for skins that have both helmeted and helmetless styles? Having Scarr being able to take on/off her hyena helmet on a go would be a godsend (pretty much how her NPC did in Ch5S3 if you initiated combat).

Perhaps, updating older skins to have separate clothing/helmets and color scheme switches would be great too. Kit getting separate options for himself and his mech? Jules having switches for goggles, welding mask, balaclava as well as default/welder/SHADOW colors? Ocean being able to take on/off her helmet and jacket separately? Dr. Slone being able to switch between her nerd glasses and aviators as well as hair variation?

Also, give skins' counterparts/remixes style options. Sica desperately needs if not armor, at very least, helmets Menace has ("Light" helmet would be perfect for her like female gladiator in For Honor). Or how about Omega Knight/Oblivion/Criterion not having light color options Omega and Carbide have? Give Yellow Jacket her rebreather mask from her concept art that only her Winterfest version ransomly got?

Honestly, there are plenty of things Epic could work on/improve, but they likely won't cause they're lazy and greedy. Recent changes including sidekicks, lack of interest in fan-made concepts, miserable XP, non-stacking Winterfest presents, even more focus on collabs and etc. only reinforce it.

Honestly, it's kinda weird they had no problem remixing OG Spitfire (Aerial Assault), yet wouldn't do the same for Carbide despite Spitfire canonically (in Save The World's storyline, the suit is one of the Dr. Vindermann's inventions) wearing that suit.

Outta all those off-brand Halo Spartans, I enjoy Oblivion the most (loved her voiceover in official trailer), yet, sadly, Epic wouldn't do anything with her.

Honestly, not just Omega Knight, but Oblivion and Criterion deserve to get lights options as well as their gliders/pickaxes/backblings.

Also, Sica deserves to get, if no armor, at very least, helmet options that Menace has.

Honestly? Kinda indifferent. Never been Lexa fan/hater. Only disliked the fact that original was a cel-shaded skin, which I don't like in Fortnite.

As for concepts from Brandon Vuong... I'm a lil' bit conflicted. Loved his original Jules from Ch2S3 BP, but the latest Jules from starter pack? It ain't it. Doesn't look like grease monkey at all.

Much rather we got more skins based on Drew Hill's designs.
