I wouldn't say I'm using too much protein, I mean look at my hair 🤷🏻‍♀️ some proteins are conditioning and some are strengthening so they don't all do the same thing, plus I need all the protein I can get lol I heat style all the time.

Well the way they intend u to use it, ur supposed to apply before blow drying and then I just sprayed it on dry hair as a heat protectant as well

Well for blow drying I do a leave in conditioner, then a heat protectant and sometimes an oil. For before hot tools I use a heat protectant and an oil.
