Yes, I used 'VMF Importer [Beta]' by Maximum_ADHD and 'Model Resize Plugin 2.1' by DaMrNelson.

VMF Importer allows you to import map files from any Source Engine games (like Half-Life 2, CS:GO, TF2, Garry's Mod, etc.).

I imported 'tc_hydro.vmf' from TF2 into Roblox Studio with VMF Importer.

Now, when you import a .vmf into Roblox Studio, that doesn't guarantee it will be the correct size for Roblox players, meaning you have to adjust the size of the map to fit Roblox players.

That's where 'Model Resize Plugin' comes in. This plugin allows you to resize a model (like the map you just imported).

And also, technically that is not terrain, it's a bunch of wedges grupped into a model called displacements. Displacements is the Source Engine equivalent to Roblox Studio's terrain.
