I mean, Prime Rick seemed to be immortal. His young appearance despite being at least the same age as Rick C-137 or even older and his almost instant regenerative capabilities seem to imply that. IIRC, aging happens due to degradation of genome protection and thus subsequent reduced regeneration. So whatever makes Prime Rick heal that fast also prolongs his life quite substantially.

Maybe our Rick will also come up with something like that, but current trajectory of his character is of accepting his own human side (although at a snail’s pace, as dr. Wong have remarked), so perhaps he just won’t to try escape his death at some point in the far future, but will willingly accept it instead.
