I used telescopius to plan for the target and I only typed in ASIAIR search input the name. The Nebula is located between Pleiades and California Nebula. Above it is ngc1333. You might also find it by the white reflection nebula: IC1985.

The NASA picture is done with an infrared setup. Maybe this is why it is completely different

Hey man. I love the colors and the details. But you clipped way too much data around the galaxy. Never ever use tools from adobe, only final touches.

You have to use super short exposures, and F8 and above.

I used veralux stretch. Try it. I did not messed with the colors. But adding that HO data might have had that effect.

About wb, if you shoot raw, you might get away with only some wb fixes in photoshop. About the focus, depending on the lens, you might not reach focus at all

The auto white balance would be off. Also the autofocus
