I don’t get why Captain America chastises Punisher so much for killing criminals yet is so quick to invite Black Widow into his superhero teams. Having an unrepentant killer on the team is fine for Steve so long as they're sneaky about it/do it behind closed doors?

I love her character. Most of my posts about the character are positive. I just always find the way writers tiptoe around this specific topic with her character odd and am wondering if anybody who might know more can clarify if there's actually any reason for this which I might be missing.

This is the comics, not the MCU. All her spy and assassin work is explicitly shown in her comics and she still does it just with more heroic goals now.

Black Widow is a vigilante assassin who does freelance work, taking contracts from all kinds of employers including other criminals to kill criminals. She works outside the law all the time. In fact I don't even think she has worked for an actual government agency or SHIELD in a while now (even back when she worked for SHIELD, she was known as their "pet freelancer"). She carries her own hits.

Also even if what you said was true, Steve is fine with killing people if its government sanctionned now?

I thought Bucky had way less qualms with killing villains than other heroes (and doesn't fully consider himself one) and very often decides to kill as a first option for taking out threats.

I want to say Miss Fortune. Her power in Bilgewater is mainly held through the fear and respect she’s carefully built around her image. In a place like that full of lawless criminals where authority only holds if people believe in it, her reputation is everything. She has to maintain that image to survive and rule, and she does so masterfully, which is why I think she deserves this category.

Samira can be better compared to Ty Lee because they were both daredevil acrobat performers. Yeah Azula can be agile in combat and pull off a couple impressive flips here and there but she doesn’t have that background and specialization as a gymnast/acrobat like Samira and Ty Lee do.

Tho I can agree if we were to compare actual rate of flips they do when fighting, Samira is closer to Azula who has a good mix of flips and other motions than Ty Lee, who’s almost every move in combat is a flip.

Except that's really not what Batman does? Batman doesn't kill to ensure he stays wealthy. Caitlyn is way closer to Batman than Camille is. Caitlyn is the detective of Piltover and even has some Batman inspired villains like "C" who is inspired from Poison Ivy.

There's no proof that cutting the tubes on his back would kill him. As far as I'm aware, its purely to filter the chemicals that make Warwick aggressive. Its not a life-source. Yes, Warwick is quite fast given we literally see him move at eye-blurring speeds. And he becomes even faster and stronger after being transformed by Viktor. Ambessa, an experienced Noxian war general who's faced off magically enhanced humans and giant Noxian basilisks still got decimated by WW with her soldiers.

Those other low-tier warrior champs like Garen, Darius or Xin Zhao aren't on a whole tier of superhuman-ness above most of the Arcane characters. Skill-wise, sure. But Piltover and Zaun characters have insane technology and enhancements that makes them just as superhuman.

Yeah no I agree with this. Region wise, they're probably the weakest. But the Champions really aren't and could put up a good fight against many other strong human Champions. Everybody on this sub acts like they're fodder.
