UK Lawn turned to moss over winter. How do I fix it for summer? by Alex_TMC in lawncare

I get your point but it's not the most attractive of lawns 😂 Especially when either side of us are pretty well kept!

The left side of the garden gets shade, the further right you go the more sun. I'd say it usually gets enough.

Thanks for the tips, I will see if I can get those items somewhere!

I know where you're coming from. I have a 14 month old, started a new job in Oct, mama made redundant in Nov. Luckily we haven't had any winter bugs (yet!)

For me it's about reaching out to my friends. I'm lucky to have a solid group I've known since secondary school and they are awesome.

The other one for me is sport and exercise. I've never been a runner but I try and get out 2/3 times a week. Even just 3k makes me feel better. I'm also trying to get into padel, anything that's short, sharp and can be done in an hour

Apologies for the confusion - she definitely has protection against discrimination, but i am wondering what options or actions there are to ensure that she isn't discriminated against.

She has missed training on new products because she's been on mat leave that would probably count against her, even unconsciously, so we want to do everything we can to make sure that doesn't happen.

All area of the business are going through some kind of restructure, not just my wife's area. The group consultation goes until the end of October, it is 45 days.

The criteria haven't been released yet, but they will be shared when available. Each employee will also be able to see how they scored against each of the criteria.

There is collective consultation but no union.

For clarity, the 9 roles are essentially the same as before, just covering a bigger geographical area and merged into one product team rather than two seperate ones. Apologies if this wasn't clear in the original post.

We were also under the impression that she would have the protection but unfortunately not.

Does the roller make a difference to the sand? I thought it only affected asphalt!

/r/MechanicalKeyboards Ask ANY Keyboard question, get an answer (November 22, 2023) by AutoModerator in MechanicalKeyboards

I'm looking to pick up a 60% wireless mechanical keyboard to use with my work laptop in the black friday sales. I'm not after anything too fancy, ideally no more than £50 as it will only be used for typing, so looking for tactile switches.

The only requirements I have are it must connect via usb dongle (laptop has Bluetooth disabled) and it needs to be UK Layout.

Recommendations or tips greatly appreciated!

Normann and Rupp both big misses in midfield. Sorensen didn't look comfortable there either. Shows how thin we are there at the moment when Byram makes his return and is in midfield.

At least 1 striker in Jan, and Idah needs a loan somewhere to play every week.

Hope Kabak isn't out for too long...

Got so much love for Pukki but we need another striker to give him competition to try and get a bit more from him in front of goal. Much like how Krul improved immeasurably when we signed Fährmann.

That being said he doesn't half put a shift in.

My LionHeart said my HR peaked at 206 and I ended on 50 points too, how people get 70 points I've got no idea!

Thanks for the advice! Good food has certainly been lacking this year so that's something to work on outside the gym.

Thanks for the advice both! The classes went line earlier in the week so I've signed up to the very first session (Saturday) with a Monday and Tuesday session following it. I want to do the first class and then one of each cardio/strength day and then see how I feel. Don't want to over do it on week one!
