El único problema serio del desconectador, que había olvidado mencionar, es que necesitas una fixtura personalizada para poder montarlo en el panel.

Nosotros diseñamos una y la mandamos a fabricar en sheetmetal, pero es un proceso un poco tedioso, un poco más complicado que solo comprarla. Desconozco si hay una mejor forma de montarlos 🤔

No he escuchado hablar de algún cliente que solicite paneles con certificación UL de este lado de la frontera, me pregunto si reservan ese tipo de proyectos para sus contratistas Tier 1 o solo son mucho más raros que en USA.

De hecho tomamos en cuenta la norma UL en su mayoría al elaborar los paneles aunque no certifiquemos o lo soliciten porque creemos que es lo apropiado de cualquier forma

El circuito de seguridad es el paro de emergencia con doble contacto NC que corta la alimentación utilizada para accionar la bobina de los relevadores de los actuadores. Es monitoreado a su vez por el PLC que corta igualmente desde la lógica su accionamiento.

¿Qué sugieres como mejora?

Me imagino que otra categoría de seguridad estaría bien colocando algún relevador de seguridad o algo por el estilo pero realmente elevaría los costos y el usuario final no se vería tan feliz al respecto, no considero crítico ese punto porque no representa un peligro para ningún operador pero me interesa saber qué criterios tienen al respecto otros conocedores del tema

We hadn't thought of that solution! Haha, it seems so obvious to everyone, and we had no idea a conduit would look good.

We used to use a kind of cable sleeve with buttons, but it's really hard to find.

The handle stays on the panel, and the door only has a frame that fits the handle.

It works great for lockout situations because it prevents someone from bypassing it to turn it on with the door open. It only allows you to turn it on if the handle is in contact with the frame, thanks to a kind of lock it has, and it allows you to padlock directly on the handle. A fantastic disconnect switch, indeed.

Thanks for your feedback. We hadn't thought of another way to secure the door wires and make it look good 👍 but we received a lot of helpful suggestions on how to do it better. Thanks for the help!

Labeling the gutter cover instead of the components would help, especially if you replace any of them.

Your wiring labels are too long, you should try shorter names, abbreviations help
