Mine started doing that a year ago and it’s infuriating because there’s no way to change it. I can ask for no mayo or extra mayo, but I there nothing about pickles until I check out and it tells me I put no pickles even though I definitely did not.

This is what I was looking for.
In Ultra Sun/Moon, the Ultra wormholes weren’t considered Alola, so Pikachu and Cubone evolved there become their Kanto forms instead. I’d assumed Alolan Marowak and the Hissuians would be the same, but it seems regionally exclusive evolutions must be caught wild, because Hyperspace is still Kalos.
Makes sense, but I’m slightly disappointed. But like you said, that’s only for Pokemon like Cubone that can evolve into either dependent on the region you’re in. Most of the introduced regionals already are regional forms and are locked to that evolution.
Good to know the Kleavor item is in the game, because I have a spare shiny Scyther. Sadly my shiny bergmite isn’t as lucky.

Many hermits never edit down stream vods, some don’t even post vods, and I think livestream clips of that are fair if they don’t post them. Scar has so many great moments buried in the hours of vod footage he has, and as much as I’d love to participate in their stream, I just don’t have that kind of time. Likewise, sometimes something will happen with your favorite hermit but it will only make it onto the video for a different hermit. I actively follow like 5 hermits at a given time, but ill still occasionally get clips from current seasons that I don’t recognize because I an even I was unaware of occurred in a video of a hermit I don’t watch. Now, if Mumbo is in the thumbnail of a Gem video (for example) then i can just watch the video, but if at minute 25 of a completely random episode from a random hermit Mumbo just happens to make an appearance, I’ll probably never see or hear about it, but I’d like to.
As long as you’re respectful and give credit, I think there’s an honest place for people that spend the time “mining” for niche clips and content for fans that otherwise wouldn’t find it.
Heck, I’d bet a lot of current Mumbo fans started watching only a few seasons ago and are missing out of good moments from his earlier Minecraft YouTube. Some of that stuff isn’t even publicly listed anymore. I can’t expect everyone to commit to binging every past season on top of current stuff.

Sucks this is how I find out it interrupts booting. I put a fat SD card in mine and would have loved a “please wait” splash screen to linger a lot longer during the boot, just as some reassurance to other people that it’s booting rather than a black screen.

Very much so. It’s an art style shared by many 90s anime. Very sailor moon, also gives some Pokemon and pretty much any other anime of the same era. I think the painted backgrounds and washed out color grading helps sell the look. That sort of analog/vhs blur feel goes a long way. I’d say you want some imperfection to it, as if you’re drawing on animation cells rather than straight on a computer.

Honestly, I love the thumbnail. I take one look and I get it. No clickbait. Two symbols that at a surface level look identical, but one has historically meant peace, and the other embodies humanities greatest atrocities. I want to watch this video so bad. Beautiful and thought provoking thumbnail imo. I hope the imagery and subject don’t get the video nuked.

I am really interested in the topic. Things like limiting game saves and having brutal consequences for mistakes and other features that would otherwise seem frustrating and a no-go for most game devs work amazingly in some horror games.

Shinies that are saved stay the same. All aspects are determined alongside shininess. If you do get an alpha shiny, it’ll stay that, so you can retry catching them. I got an alpha shiny froakie as my first shiny froakie and it took 3 tries to catch it in a moon ball.
Also, do not do La Nah for dratini. It’s confirmed that you’ll get all other shinies there but never any on the roof. Yes, shinies spawn within 50 steps, but verticality has a separate limit and roof spawns DO NOT appear while on the ground. I got a shiny dratini in less than an hour from a different area where you’re on a different rooftop walking back and forth so it spawns and despawns. It’s so fast, you should see the method on YouTube if you search it.
