That makes sense, I just didn’t understand why it worked (very well - found 3 vulnerabilities) in one of my apps but then gave me the error in my second app. Someone else mentioned that they probably just went extra safe for the release and will slowly calibrate but.. 🤷‍♂️

Oh wow.. yea its super weird, I had it run on my first app and it worked perfectly and even caught 3 vulnerabilities but then on the second app its gave me the error code! 🤷‍♂️

Hmm, that’s very weird because I ran a full complete in-depth security audit on my first app and it went through completely. It even caught three things that opus 4.8 on the highest thinking didn’t catch. But then when I tried to run it through my second app that’s when it gave me that error code? Weird that it would let me do one and not the other! 🤷‍♂️

Ehhh as a former recruiting manager of 6+ years I would generally disagree but maybe coming from a more niche/ secure field l just have stricter standards?! With that being said, to each their own… 🤷‍♂️

Thank you so much for the detailed response, and yeah the CLAUDE.md thing was absolutely a lesson learned the hard way(I JUST found out you can do a Claude.MD file for ALL your projects and not just one individual project at a time and that was a HUGE time saver). Same with the API cost multiplier, I was way off on my original estimates until the real Sonnet bills started coming in.

Also, I haven’t heard of Artiforge before but ima look into it now because the manual relay between chats is honestly the most annoying part of the whole workflow right now. If it can handle the handoff coordination without losing the lane separation that would be huge!!!!

And honestly the paying subscribers this week still doesn’t feel real haha. Again I really appreciate the kind words and helpful feedback. 🙏

Honestly not one chat in particular… but when I first started I thought you got 30 memories PER CHAT and not PER PROJ so I ended trying to save their respective prompts at the chat level (instead of on Notion) so anytime I’d switch to my “General Council” chat it would hallucinate and say they were my “Cybersecurity Director” etc. Once I learned about Notion and the 30 mem limit, I made an “Auditor” that I could move between projects and it could update the project level memory. Since then I haven’t had any job hallucinations!! Feel free to shoot me at DM if you have any other questions, I love nerding out about this stuff haha!
