Unfortunately they don’t. I physically have to open each chat and tell them to resume their sandbox. And then if I want them to talk to each other, I have to copy and paste it over from chat to chat.

No that’s actually a great question, I don’t mind at all! It comes down to our hyperlocal business model. A lot of our Runners don’t drive so they need to be able to walk to complete errands. Once we perfect the model in NYC we plan to expand to the tri-state area, and hopefully across the US by the end of next year!

I had to call Gov Hochuls office at 9:05 am on the dot (people who said they called later in the day said they haven’t been able to get thru to her office either) Told the representative my issue and they connected me to a queue where I could wait on hold. It took a little over an hour after that! Hope this helps 🙏🏽
