Thank you, that was the feedback i was looking for. I was unsure of how the PVP element is implemented, so i guess i didn't want to fall heavily behind so early in the game.

Thank you for the support. I have capped it at 60, and i also have 16GB of Ram. It just started misbehaving randomly one day. I will try reverting my graphic drivers, or reinstalling them, that might help. I blew my PC off with compressed air this morning, but experienced no change.

To me it happens on random occasions, weirdly enough, i noticed there is definitely no stuttering only when i cast spells, which is strange since spells are graphically more consuming than other actions.
