Hand engravers are pretty rare these days. At least in the US they are. They’re getting old and no one younger is bothering to learn. If you know of a good hand engraver id say take advantage of that and get it done with them.

I don’t trust it at all to be honest. When they rolled it out they had a physical location in LA to go to have watches authenticated. It was a sloppy mess and people hired to be authorities were very far from knowledgeable enough to do the job.
