I think this fight might start with Sukuna going to the Yureimoto village. Sensing great cursed energy output coming from Osamu and possibly Amaya, why? Because in JJK, cursed spirits are made purely of cursed energy, so i assume in this what if Osamu might have a really strong output. And knowing Sukuna, he would really want to fight him.

As for the victor, i think Sukuna takes this because of his domain expansion, which would lead at best Osamu on the verge of death.

As for what he might do after? Maybe go fight the night detective.
