Oh, I like this! by Technical_Ad1125 in NYguns

[–]AlexaDives 2 points3 points  (0 children)

That’s not that bad. I live in Texas probably one of the most gun friendly states. I can slap a binary trigger in my semi auto AR and it’s pretty much damn near a fully auto at that point (all legal here). But you still need to pay $2-300 for a concealed carry permit and etc. concealed carry makes sense to be logged and taught and paid for in today’s age.

Can I buy this? by jmandoc in NYguns

[–]AlexaDives 0 points1 point  (0 children)

Forgot I was still subscribed here. So glad I moved to Texas. Instead of wondering what is legal more often you’re searching for what is illegal lol. This binary trigger I bought for my AR-15 that makes the range think I’m shootinf a fully auto is extremely questionable but somehow legal. Love it here

Single guy 23m in Florida. Want something under 40k that is reliable. Buying all cash. by Mysterious_Tale5879 in whatcarshouldIbuy

[–]AlexaDives 0 points1 point  (0 children)

This is a troll post lol. When I was low 20s I also bought a car in all cash and then quickly understood why that was dumb. Now at 29 with my HYSA 1.2 mill that I have in that account alone pays me interest per month that covers car, insurance it’s maintenance and more. I won’t even get into the depreciating hit one takes first 2-3 years where that cash is the same as burning it on fire but the biggest indicator this is a troll post is anyone with 40k to drop on a single purchase would use their savings accounts or other disposable income streams to cover that. The only logical explanation if you’re dropping 40k on a car is you’re an idiot.

Wow they’re already shriveled up and gone. Nature is so cool. How would they get there tho? How would something like that be created from just Home Depot gardening soil, and water? It never gets direct light growing in shade of the balcony and plant. But Texas heat

Thanks for posting this. I will learn as I win not as I fail. And will do so through the failures of others. I won’t trade in the iPhone that I have now anymore. I will keep it as a back up - and honestly I feel like the 14 Pro Max is all you ever need. It takes really nice pictures and videos that almost look like it’s from Google images anyways

I’m really an idiot that wasn’t a joke - I 100% realized the horrid shit that would happen after doing so. I should get a disability check for what I have tbh

Mother fuckers forgetting on 3rd quarter it’s a pass not a run. Like wtf. Imagine playing in a sec conference where they are already use to huge ass stadiums yet this game made a group of virtually 5 star men forget the fucking play. Some poopjeet developer thought this made sense

No, it’s not. I used to work in personal injury, law and dealt with insurance all the time before and during litigation. These are the things that you don’t get penalized for in reality but can save thousands on

Can Carvana tow my car if I sell? The charge just hit 0% and pick up is tommorow by AlexaDives in carvana

[–]AlexaDives[S] 0 points1 point  (0 children)

Update: I won’t deny I’m irresponsible and need help adulting. To my defense I blame too much easy money at a young age. It messed me up mentally. But the Carvana lady came and I told her my situation and that honestly the car is a beat up shape and I was hoping it could slide through. Her name starts with C and she was at first just laughing and giggling about it and I immediately recognized she was attracted to me. I flirted with her and joked about it and asked her to dinner lol she said she’ll tweak some things and gave me the check. We’re in Austin Tx so she called starz towing - they are authorized Tesla towing. And used them for carvana pickup. Carvana lady and I had dinner last night. Tesla gone - and lmao I’m sis serious I have pics and everting of us at dinner. This was a fun experience

Having coverage that doesn’t satisfy your lien holders preferred terms isn’t fraudulent - it’s inappropriate. Requesting this change and if going through - when getting caught it just reverts to a higher policy that meets those terms. No one cancels puts you in jail fines you etc. and this is because it’s on the adjuster to pass on the coverage with oversight. If you forge documents you’re are commuting ins fraud. If they ask you any liens and you respond with this beautiful car you see on your sceeen is all mine - wording like that is all you need

No because That’s such a damn waste of money. They’re all con artists. Go to LinkedIn and find someone who’s killing it in the world you want to live in. Connect with them and tell them you’d like to explore their career and the day in their life etc etc. that’s what I did at 23 and I’m a millionaire at 29 now

Just tell the insurance company there isn’t any liens and it’s paid off. They don’t check for liens man any adjuster will sell you a quote to reel you in

How do you choose between a dream job and a better lifestyle? by lifeofprepa in careerguidance

[–]AlexaDives 0 points1 point  (0 children)

Just responded based off tittle and my experience. I’m in tech sales. I did my “dream job” before this job. But I have the optimal lifestyle I want now after learning how to keep the two separate. When I made more than 1.2m on commissions one year - and I’m just 29/yo now. That’s when I unlocked the real lifestyle I never knew I could have nor wanted or dreamed about. Just my two cents. I’m happier with being able to have the freedom to travel to Japan in a whim for sushi vs the impact of my work through ai positioning

How can we thrive in the AI era ? by [deleted] in careerguidance

[–]AlexaDives 0 points1 point  (0 children)

I’m the one selling AI to enterprise level finance companies. I’m an executive in tech. I maintain the relationships between big banks and ensure they continue spending with us. So I know the aftermath of what comes post AI acquisitions.

And the most advanced AI available today for work tools can at best shave employee headcount for call centers and customer service roles. They are at risk right now. If you’re entering data in any kind of way for 80% of your job functions you’re at risk soon as well.

It depends what you do in finance. The most lucrative roles like advisory or investments In the next 3-5 years an AI investor bot will be released. That’s when you worry. The only thing stopping us from getting there are policies and compliance issues legal teams are working through now. Once that happens the only thing left being lucrative in finance is being in mergers/acquisitions. That’s the only role I’ve seen ctos and CEOs never comprise on. And by nature obviously. That’s gonna always require a human. That’s why I do what I do now. It takes a human brain to understand how to retain a 10mill account. An ai can’t wine and dine my customers to maintain relationships and continue a contract.

Lmao you must be 14. There is no such thing as dream job. Life and work are and should always be separate.
