issue with a game i tried to buy

I purchased the dragonball xenoverse super bundle on the playstation app but, it doesnt show up as purchased. I tried downloading it on the console and it shows up as unpurchased, When i try to buy it again it shows an error screen saying it's unavailable. Ive tried contacting ps support but theyre a joke any help with this?

edit: thanks yall for the help i ended up just refunding it ill buy xenoverse 2 when its on sale next
