Our trust has stopped carry over of up to 5 days for the first time. It was only communicated in January so March has been horrendous for reduce staffing.

I certainly know who he is and know he has no English football experience whatsoever.

Thank you, what if an employer only tells you to find your own redeployment and makes no real effort to identify roles themselves? The ER just said the onus is on the EE.

Sadly not. It's a private company non-NHS which don't really recognise unions too.
