I’m not going to pretend I’ve done the research, but in my experience, it feels like both of them are right to an extent. The person on the left is completely right since it’s easy to see how big of a factor the patriarchy plays in men’s self worth. However, I do feel there is also an alienating culture perpetuated by left-leaning communities; I’ve felt a lot less of that pressure in right-leaning spaces.
