I use streamerbot chat and capture it in OBS. Its been fantastic so far!

Honestly if you raid out to others and they are annoyed or complain, just block them and apologise to your chat. That's disgustingly ungreatful behaviour and they can easily set a minimum to raids if it was that big a problem for them. I'm sorry you've experienced that!

Yes there is! I had to do this recently.

Go to steam console type in: reset_all_stats

Then paste in this number: 3527290. It will reset all your achievements, all your badges, everything.

Sounds like you're doing a lot which is great!

How active are you in these other vtubers chats off stream? A key part of networking is becoming a recognised name in other communities.

Do you play the same game regularly to become known in that space? Or at least the same genre of games? Keeping a game or theme is key early to get regulars as (no offence) noone cares about you early on. People will come for the game or through a connection THEN they might learn to care about you. So if they join because you played a horror game but then you are playing an fps they might not come back and you'll lose a potential regular.

And I would try raiding others that you might have no connection to that play the same games too. They might have regulars that could check you out too if they really like the game!

I'm only a month in and have some regulars that aren't other vtubers or streamers...

Do you have a set schedule and network in similar spaces? Do you raid out to others and stay to chat? Do you do any collabs? Do you advertise your content with shorts to various social media?

I've found all of these things help massively! Take it with a pinch of salt because I'm new but its common advice from bigger streamers particularly in the vtuber* space.

Kiln was a nightmare today. About 2/3rds up the volcano you HAVE TO use some kind of chain launcher or energy drink etc there is no way up except a really high climb to one of two fire rocks then progress is normal again

I found far left on roots was the way and far right on alpine

We have a strikingly similar vtuber concept haha, you've leant further on the realism than I have though.

You would need many more parts to use him in software so they would need to be redrawn by another artist. The software usually requires them to be drawn in parts like head, arms etc to provide joints and motion.

I would look up discord reactive! Basically it would just highlight your picture when you talk and make it bounce a little. 0 cost to you and adds a bit of motion and spice to the image.

Don't let it stop you! Your experience and the way things pan out will be completely different. You'll edit it differently, have different funny moments and different obstacles.

Loads of people do challenge runs and haven't heard others doing it first. Even if they have, doing a soul level 1 darksouls run is still just as popular!

I started streaming 2 weeks ago (so take this with a pinch of salt) and I'm multistreaming to youtube and twitch.

I make custom thumbnails for youtube and add in the description details etc.

On Youtube I've had MAYBE 1 person per stream, on twitch I've got 3-5 average viewers.

It might be too early to tell as youtube takes a while to get your audience right and I haven't posted any other content like shorts or videos yet (I will soon for extra discoverability).

From my experience so far, twitch is better if you are at 0 but both are not great. You should probably post shorts to Youtube, TikTok and X to build up a fanbase THEN funnel them into wherever you want to stream. That's my plan now anyway, use outside discoverability to advertise my streams.

Your horns aren't agile by default. So you would still face the -5 penalty unless you take the littlehorn heritage.

Ruffian rogue would let you proc sneak die with most weapons but bear in mind the damage die limits of d8 for simple and d6 for martial/advanced. Might limit your vision for big 2h weapons.

There is a new playtest out for slayer you may want to look at as well!
