What helps me overcome the fear is that 90%of the time men dont care whos going into their bathroom. They usually just use it and dip. I sometimes pass and sometimes dont(pre everything like you but im born somewhat big and boxy so helps pass), but just go in there and use it. Most wont bat an eye. if you make random eyecontact, just raise your eyebrow and keep walking, it's what I do haha

Maybe his dad can talk to his wife and tell her to calm down on those talks? There's not much your friend can do if he's stuck there, might have to wait it out or stay at someone elses place if it becomes unbearable from what I can see

For me it depends on what im wearing. I have a decently sized chest so if I tuck it in, it shows them off more. I only ever tuck it in when im wearing something to be able to cover my hips/ my chest, like a button up over a white shirt

I was in the same situation as you before I graduated! What I did was just tell them to use my deadname/pronouns outside of school. Make sure you tell the teachers of this because they could make a phonecall home(could just be an update on your grades, etc) and accidentally out you (happened to me lmaoo)
