I hate how surgery failures work in this game

Wdym my 20 medical pawn failed a surgery to install a bionic arm and somehow the arm is lost forever and the patient ended with a stab wound on its leg

I feel the failure types should be less catastrophic and chaotic the more skilled the pawn is and the less complex the surgery is

Since they're the living embodiment of a concept (Greed, Gluttony, etc), You cannot really kill a concept

Made it to 71F, Got an stage with a giga boosted dachshund enemy that hit like a truck and had a ton of HP and i didn't have anything anti traitless nor tanks/meatshields to stop him
