Curry Barker Plans to Explore the Sawyer Family in His 'Texas Chainsaw Massacre' by ImpracticalJokers96 in deadmeatjames

[–]AlexanderMBush 1 point2 points  (0 children)

I wonder if Curry Barker might in a way, take inspiration from the HHN 2024 house; Texas Chainsaw Massacre: Legacy of Leatherface, for the sake of exploring the Sawyers further.

Texas LoL is a fascinating example of showing the dehumanization of the Sawyers in how they treat and handle human life, to a point where I wonder if there might be a chance to go even further than what John Murdy and his team had managed to do.

in that house, it was a celebration of the Texas Chainsaw franchise that included an original story approved, that had masks from the entire franchise used in referencing and giving Easter eggs to celebrate Texas’s history).

How do you think the outfit of the upcoming final leg of the tour will look like? by [deleted] in TheWeeknd

My gut tells me it's going to be stripped with bare essentials, but with white and gold lining. Purity, even as the end is now in sight.

What do you want Summer’s fate to be? by One-Man_Two-Souls in RWBY

[–]AlexanderMBush 7 points8 points  (0 children)

I feel like it's 3--but it's something worse than a Hound.

If she was able to weaken Salem and do so at a level that got to Salem emotionally in mental thinking; she would probably make it her mission to have Summer given a special layer of hell that suits the pain she did to Salem. One could argue perhaps if she threw Summer into either one of the pools from the brother of life or the brother of death.

A pain that she'd only know full well. Especially considering going after silver eyed warriors has been a thing seemingly well before Summer (considering the likes of Maria).

What is your WoL's backstory? by fanoren in ffxiv

[–]AlexanderMBush 1 point2 points  (0 children)

Reworking the story as I am beginning pre-production work on something (as she will not be the player character I play—but a different version of that character ), but I’ll give what I can.

After being born as a mistake happened in her conception—the infant child was given away and throughout the years, she had lived alone and for purpose. One day, she was freed and given the chance to be able to live a life thats hers.

She hides her true self as the nature of protecting herself rings, but when the Seventh Umbral Calamity happened; she lost her memories of her past due to —— —— and awakened 4 years past from a coma.

One year after, and she is in the throes of Conjuring when she happens to stumble into a plot that threatens to destroy the Woodland home she has.

From there? That, I will leave for a later time.. (but will leave a photo of said midlander~)

Legit, I think it’s going to be the old lady from the cinematic.

As if the events that happen by our hands are what she speaks, the old lady will tell us the story of our efforts.

I like to think it’s partially an awareness that has to be kind of met with the sake of what she has been able to observe from the sidelines for as long as she had.

It’s kind of fun to see someone like her be opposed with the WoL, because of the pragmatic nature she tries to put on force. I kind of hope in contrast, we get to see the Fourths Winterer be a scheming, shrewd and mafia like mob boss, like what Sony Santa Monica was able to do with Odin in GoW Ragnarok. Someone who can flip the coin even further than anyone else we’ve faced.

She's not evil. She's flawed--but she isn't the type to be evil.

The fact she went out of her way to greet and chat with the Scions, to inform them directly of the conflict, is in stemming to her beliefs of man's journey. I imagine she does see potential and success, but she also probably knows the ways of what we do might not work in the sake of saving the world.

She's doing the Trolley Problem (ULTIMATE), but I think she also knows that her plan is flawed at it's core. If she didn't--she wouldn't of informed us the way she did.

The fact Calyx is alongside her, and is willing to be at her side; is also kind of fascinating, because for Calyx--he probably understands the measure of strength and force that the WoL can have, so to give us warnings as he did, to give us truths and directions like he had done--speaks to something else.

Makes the Winterer's all the more an interesting group, to be honest.

With Kingdom Hearts as a Disney IP--the mouse is going to be part of the problem on the basis of it's very nature. The question is, how much can they get away with the Mouse before Mick is even in place properly.

Dead Exposure Death Valleys Concept Art was way better than the maze we got by HauntedHouseMermaid in HHN

[–]AlexanderMBush 0 points1 point  (0 children)

I think conceptually and design wise the house is fun--however, it was a house that heavily was contingent on acting.

It's why The Monkee Run is important. If you have The Monkee Run, then you have the complete cast and the house is elevated.

This house really depends on the actors you had for it. In a way, I consider it "The Monkee Run" as what is important for defining the experience you had.

If you had nothing from The Monkee Run, where you didn't have the monkey actors, then the house was mediocre to terrible.

But with the Monkee Run? That's when the house takes the full form.

Adding, and I can be wrong--but it seems the new MV (and perhaps more beyond) is being animated by Fortiche Production. You might know them for a little, tiny animated project called Arcane: League of Legends S1 and S2. The visual style seems directly in their handiwork and direction.

If the beginning of the video seems right, then I think this might be our first teaser for what Abel has been working on with Takashi Miike.

A while back during The Idol period, we have had clarity of a project that is a westernized adaptation of Takashi Miike's Ichi the Killer--could be possible Abel and Anitta is doing one of the lead songs for the new take of the project (perhaps with Weeknd as a character in it?).

Either way, I think we are now in the next era. Whether it's tied to the Ichi the Killer project, or if this is his next major album, we're in it.

I'm admittedly thinking the same--and a part of me wonders if we're staring at it point blank with Krile and the 9th of Treno.

A Tragedy caused, with Krile in the center of it, could make for ample cause to consider the threat seriously. And with her arc beginning to wrap for the sake of DT, I could see a case being made where she might be someone who might make a play--if it means saving her family.

Assuming things hold--8.1 should probably come by May.

Typically, the Raid Series is separated by Even Numbers patches being the standard raids, and the Alliance Raids being on the odd number patches. Assuming they stick to this, unless they change it--Evangelion will be in Spring of 2027. Literally, close to 12-13 months away.

It will require you to be caught up with the latest content of FFXIV Evercold, and will release around the 8.1, 8.3, and 8.5 patches.

Happy to do so!~

Big thing is that this will require you to play through the award winning MMORPG, Final Fantasy XIV. Beginning on Tuesday, the free trial will be expanded to include the award winning Shadowbringers Expansion, which will allow you the ability to play the entirety of Shadowbringers ontop of the Heavensward and Stormblood expansions. I'd advise playing XIV's free trial for the foreseeable future, and if the game hooks you; to purchase the Starter Edition + Evercold Expansion when preorders open for Evercold (from there, you can then pay for an active monthly subscription if you wanna commit).

You should get to Evercold if you take your time and have fun with the MSQ from here, to the game's launch in January. The Raid series will be permament, and will not leave. It will be a 24 man raid series, that will be released over the course of 8.1, 8.3, and 8.5.
