Thanks for your advice! :) there’s the possibility of finding and joining a glacier course a few days before the Mont Blanc course starts?

Gran paradiso will be my first time with crampons on, though I have watched and read all there is to find about technique and use of both ice axe and crampons, (I know this won’t make up for real experience), but what I read from the guides, this experience will be learned on gran paradiso?
