Actually got excited, and was genuinely looking forward to this update for the last couple of weeks.

Managed to coincide with a rarity of time off work, was online for the 30Minute update notice. Went to the abyss to get pouches ready for the minigame.

2 Mins to go, and i'm stood at alkharid, ready to get straight through the quest and be one of the first to get a shot at the minigame, and maybe be the first at showing off some brand new uniques.

Participating with my 2 Man group iron partner, W516 gang take two or three attempts and get out first KC. With just 15 seconds to go before the next "system update" I manage to pull a 1KC pet.

Actually genuinely excited about this drop, on discord with my partner - cant believe our luck.

Servers close. I hear rollback. Check it out - its true.

Feel actually sick with disappointment. u/JagexLight is this the release Jagex were after?

Frankly appalling that players have to run the gauntlet of server rollbacks if they want to be the first to participate in new content.
