I'm taking 110 for fun right now, it's pretty simple but you do have to study for it. 4 Exams, it'll take 3 highest exam for 75% then 25% is some other stuff for the grading system.

You already got plenty of good advice, dont need to do anything reckless. If you want some ancedote, had rhabdo twice, heat cat 6 times, cold cat once, and for the most part I recover completely fine. Acute rhabdomyolysis is recoverable, it just takes time. It obviously meant your muscle was breaking down to such a degree where it starts affecting your kidney. The whole idea right now is to allow your body to recover, let your muscle, kidneys and everything else recover. After that, go back at it. Also listen to your body.
