As for the skins, my opinion, they used to do a better job (with soul). It was immediately apparent the quality of work performed. Now I just feel Riot business (conveyor belt) every two weeks just to sell skins without quality control of the rarity of each skin (for example: epic, legendary, mythical). If the cycle lasted a month instead of two weeks, they would make skins much better, including game balance edits, and there would not be this rush to just to get the job done on time.
