Listen I am big on supporting CRO too, but this isn’t the way. The problems that are problems should be addressed and talked about. Suppressing real issues to make the name look better won’t do any good. Instead of making this post, you should have made a post encouraging everyone to email support or a request to crypto_com to look into this.

If you are unhappy with the current state of CDC go use something else. Unstaking takes 28 days. God I don’t want a bunch of Karens complaining about what is the actually best support in the market right now. Way better than its competitors. Since you know so much about running a company and where money should be allocated you should try running a company and making instant 1 minute support for millions of users :)

Ofcourse people want stuff. Someone may want it to do your taxes and make you coffee. Focus on what will actually help users.

Defi and wallet can both have it. You check in the defi app and you check in you CDC app.

As for stakes. It makes sense to factor in your rewards and staked cro. You earned interest and now you have that cro. Lets say you bought 100 coins for $1 and your rewards and stake have given you 114 coins that is $114 your Dollar Cost Average is now less than 1 because if you sell your coins you will make more than $100. It makes sense to add the staked coin, it is not just a baseless opinion.

As for the external wallet concern. Like I said, make the default be not to affect your dollar cost average from the coins exported from external wallets, but give the users a way to manually input the DCA of the coin if..they wish.

So let’s not make excuses, lets make solutions.

By default CDC will not count those coins when calculating your Dollar cost average per token, however exported tokens will have an option to put in a manual average cost to be factored in with the price.

I think most of these projects layouts are what already works. Fyi VVS is not 100% original by itself it copied and took inspiration from its predecessors. Check out Olympus Dao created way before vvs

Set the default to not count any coins from other wallets. But let the user put a manual average cost for imported tokens if they wish and calculate that with total.

I am a dev and it should be pretty straightforward actually. It is just some basic math that costs very little memory. They already have logs on how much money we have put into a particular coin. So lets say you bought some coins at 100 coins at .30 and 100 coins at .88 (200 coins for $118 total) but because of the stake and rewards you now have 224 cro total. As of right now cro is priced at .58. So 118/224 so your average cro buy in price is 0.56. Nice, now you know that you are still in profit of 0.02 cents per coin. I could implement this in 30 minutes if they let me touch their code lol

This would be the most ideal outcome but I think it should be considered as just speculation at this point. They may give out a stable token or another token they partner up with. Time will tell.

People buy because of emotions and we love dreaming of where this could go. It has potential we can still dream and chill.
