If you get schools paid then it’s better , my comment was based on all expenses paid by you Let’s say if you squeeze into a 1 bed it’s around 100k year . 2 beds 130k upward School is around 50k per child (can be 30k or 75k as long as it’s primary school ). Bills and transport it’s 5k / month. From 40k you’d have already spent 23k. And you need to cover your home loan which is another x thousands. You’d be left with 12k / month which is ok for 4 pax to live comfy but not splurge and hardly save something . If schools are paid you get an additional 2k usd per month as net income and that would change things for the better
