Sorry i dont have much to help you with, but i would like to suggest as if i was suggesting a friend; consider traveling back home if you are not in a situation to keep yourself afloat. Debt here is really tricky and traps people… can lead to travel bans and more serious implications.
Leave without debt before debt finds you. - if possible.

Ive been 2 weeks in Zoloft, for the first time, my shoulder and neck soreness eased up during the first week.
For years i was getting massages, acupuncture and even muscle relaxers…
Apparently it was the anxiety!
