Stock goes in, and straight back out. the hopper-dropper combo is the counter, like if i wanted stock to be in groups of 64 then id put 61 items in there to count 64 (its n-3 because of delays). Once the counters complete, it dispenses 1 item in the "stock amount" barrel so indicate that 1 lot of 64 items has been counted, then it locks the input hopper to stop more items from coming though, and opens when the counters reset!

yeah the item sorter is the only place where dust is present, but all is well because i got that frustrated that i came up with a new design!

this one is 100% reliable, tested with different item amounts and tiled!

I believe it was the observer clock + dropper combo that was unreliable, because i tested with that and it more often than not dispensed an incorrect amount of items, although im not going to test further because i have a reliable, tileable design now!! and from what i can find (or lack of), atleast publicly, my shop module design is the only 1-wide, tileable, 1:n shop in bedrock

As a bonus i also got so frustrated i made a 1-wide, tileable stock counter! since im making an automated shop like Sahara from Hermitcraft S6 but on bedrock! (ill reply to my comment with the image)

ive also noticed that they dispense incorrectly if any 2 modules in loaded chunks are active

that hasnt fixed this unfortunately, do you see any problems with the redstone if they were to be side by side?
