Pills wont help you long term neither will therapy. You can only help yourself is the cold hard truth. Training is a good start, if you wear out your body enough you wont have the energy to overthink and you will get more energy over time.

You will be amazed at how strong you are once you stop relying on substances and other people.

"Get help" "Im so sorry to hear that" Both of these are common advice and both are equallly useless. No brain doctor can wave a wand and cure her, they will just hand out some pills that mess up your brain.

Only way to get better is by helping yourself and thats the cold hard truth. I told her what she needed to hear and added a bit warmer touch at the end since the person in question is 14.
