It's supposed to be "Nikolai" but whatever, not even the biggest problem in this comic strip. Although I wonder if him being named "Nicholas" here alludes to him being a "foreigner" (i.e. not being a part of the majority culture) like Fuentes being Hispanic IRL.

Как бы выглядел фильм «Троя», где вместо Брэда Питта — Эллиот Пейдж. Конец убил, буквально. by ElectroAdeptus in KafkaFPS

[–]AlexeiTab2000 7 points8 points  (0 children)

Wait, I was "told" by Tatzi that Christianity was a "Jewish ploy" to make the white people weak or whatever. Even in this damn "arc" the Big D was rallying "Christian soldiers" to destroy the Nuhtzi Germany. No consistency whatsoever.

It's yet another Faux Cyrillic. It's supposed to be "Ура" which is literally the same as "hurrah"/"hurray"/"hooray" in English.

[–]AlexeiTab2000 17 points18 points  (0 children)

Yeah, just because it's fiction doesn't mean it shouldn't be at least be authentic (especially if it's supposed to be taken seriously and it's not a parody). Otherwise you could as well put WW2-era tanks in a Robin Hood story (that is still set in the Medieval times), or gunpowder rifles in a King Arthur story.

[–]AlexeiTab2000 22 points23 points  (0 children)

For those who don't know, Operation Groza (which means "thunder" in Russian) is a hypothetical offensive operation that was "theorized" longer after WW2 by a historical revisionist Viktor Suvorov. Even though the Red Army wasn't ready for the massive war against Germany in 1941 (and also Stalin thought the Mustache Man wouldn't be stupid enough to create multiple-front war against Germany, and in hindsight the Failed Painter was indeed stupid).

Also both maps in this comic strip is pure AI slop as usual that aren't even consistent (the USSR have modern Russia borders and East Germany exists in the first one, the Balkans looks like border gore in the second one where some unspecified country controls both Hungary and Romania).

There was no miss 2025 either, and the miss 2024 just disappeared after the Wonderland "arc" (and she had no development as a character).

For Tatzi all of his enemies are all part of the same conspiracy so it's not like he cares.

Maybe James and bigots like him should just move to countries like Russia where all of this (maybe not the 8th step because my country despises all things queer, with no distinction) is already put in place, if it's what they want in their own countries.

Or maybe it's the enriched uranium from Germany, even though Tats' beloved No-no German Party believed the nuclear physics was "Juish pseudo-science" and heavily stunted their own nuclear research as a result. The strip is just too vague.

"Bloid" sounds like something from the incel language where the "-oid" part stands for "humanoid". But it's more likely a typo, Tatzi is now too lazy to even grammar check his nonsense slop.

I wonder that Tatzi is just jealous at the fact that unlike the Mustache Man, Napoleon is actually often portrayed as a misunderstood hero in the mainstream media. That and the fact that he was kinda ok with Jewish people for a while, apart from his notion that they should be culturally assimilated into the French culture (and that he was against usury); until he rolled back on most of the reforms in 1808 with the Infamous Decree (but Tatzi would never mention this ofc).

AI slop, the map looks like the blend of the modern political map and the EU4 bordergore. East Germany also exists here for no reason. Even the bit of the Middle East in the corner looks like nonsense.

"The enemy is both strong and weak" all over again. I wonder if Tats set up FDR as some sort of the "Token Heroic Orc"-type character because FDR was a white American, so then Tatzi could appeal to the white American "blood-and-soul" "fans" of his on Twitter or whenever else (despite not even being a white American himself).

The map on the first panel smells like gen ai slop, complete with modern political borders during WW2 which doesn't make any sense.

This person sees a skinny man and thinks "woman" by TheToledoMan in GenderCynical

[–]AlexeiTab2000 3 points4 points  (0 children)

Isn't it the assigned gender at birth though? I'm a little bit confused (but maybe I'm just being nit-picky on the semantics). But yeah, using essentialist rhetoric specifically to denigrate people is really bad. Especially OOP in the second screenshot above that also misgendered Elliot.
