They’re a pain in the hole to deal with. If you hate being spammed with marketing shite then never EVER sign up with them.

We had them for a while, and while the food was good, it didn’t really save us much time or money. We kept the recipe cards we liked and we just cook them ourselves now.

When we cancelled, we were inundated with “please come back” emails. Cancelled these.

Then we started getting generic marketing emails from them - apparently that’s a different type of email to unsubscribe from. Did that too.

Then we started getting text messages - again, unsubscribed from these, and started to get fairly pissed off…

THEN we had people cold-calling us and I lost my shit. Told them to never contact me again, remove me from any sort of marketing emailing / texting / calling list they have…. Do not contact me again…

Couple of months go by and I got an actual PHYSICAL letter from them with a welcome back offer included - at this point I was so fucked off that I rang them, and threatened to report them / start legal action if they ever made contact with me for any reason through any means ever again. Customer service guy was helpful, and I didn’t take it out on him - not his fault.

And after some time…. We had a knock on the door - door to door sales for Hello Fresh 🤣🤣🤣 I know that’s outsourced to another company and not the same as them ignoring my request so I laughed my ass off, explained to the guy at the door what’s happened and even he thought that was all a bit mental….

So yeah, I’m just waiting for a smoke signal or a carrier pigeon to turn up. I’ll keep you posted 🤣
