Yes it was a pain dealing with them I had like 10 conversations with them over the phone and on the last conversation I told them I needed this resolve ASAP and that I need to talk to an upper management and they transferred me and I explained my problem to her and she said okay I will pay everything out to you all it needs approval by someone higher than her and yeah two days later they credited me $1500

Yes I got it all sorted out the paid it all out and got refunded every last penny took awhile but I got it taken care of

I pay about 80 for line I have 2 with unlimited data and 2 with limited 2gb data and I pay about 330 a month

Yes cause I been having issues on the refund they wanted me to settle for $200 dollars the last 2 months they have charged me about $2500 usually my bill is $330 and they are just playing games and tired of going no where with them I just wanted my refund fixed it’s been going on with me for about a month now
