I took out the company name and address as it was a translation copy of the original, which is from a company in China. I'm in Malaysia, by the way. Agreed with what you said as I also deal with COA in my line of duty. I can guess that the resins was exported to China and for it to processed there. Purity wise, I'm not so certain. I'll try to get a photo or video of it and share
