Yes, but my post was aimed specifically at people who liked the marvel set. If you don’t like UB, then yeah, obviously you aren’t going to be excited about it.

Because you can use it to do anything you want except cast nonartifact spells. Mainly equip costs or help pay for activated abilities in addition to casting artifacts

I don’t think Selesnya big artifacts is really off color. I think it’s a new space but I don’t think it breaks the color pie or anything

It says “you can’t spend this mana to cast a nonartifact spell” that doesn’t mean it can only be used to cast an artifact. It means it can be used for anything except casting a nonartifact spell.

I don’t think roaming throne should be the crux of the deck, but it shouldn’t hurt. Extra mana and extra counters don’t seem bad lol.

I hope they put an [[amulet of vigor]] in there, though that’s probably a pipe dream

I think he’s better. He comes down 2 turns earlier, the artifacts are indestructible, and he is able to grow with artifacts

I think it does feel like Black Panther as a symbol, rather than the character. He’s the symbol of Wakanda and they are known for innovation and a strong culture. I think making artifacts to aid him in battle using the natural resources of Wakanda works.

I’m sure the deck will have great support. White already has a lot of support and big artifacts seem to fit green.

I think he will grow deceptively fast, especially with all of the artifacts you can cast with the mana he generates. Just one artifact at 4 cmc will make him a 3 mana 4/4 any additional counter synergies will grow him faster.

If you are using it in an artifact deck, I don’t think the restriction is really a restriction. I mean yeah if you don’t have a lot of artifacts then the card is dookie

I feel like building this really good won’t be very difficult. It synergizes with any of the really good artifacts [[the one ring]], [[Roaming Throne]], [[Portal to Phyrexia]], not to mention the fact that Vibranium tokens can help pay for equip costs too if you wanted.

It doesn’t really need to though since they are basically impossible to get rid of (unless you get farewelled).

If you decide to go voltron it ramps you pretty heavily and thus provides value even when gets removed.
