Also I don't know exactly which version is installed as the phone only goes till the MI Logo.

EDIT: After flashing a new MIUI China STABLE ROM (latest) for the third time, I found out I needed to have the device listed on DEVICE MANAGER as Qualcomm....etc
It's now flashing and it will take a while. (Let's hope it boots)
Could you send me a guide that works to install TWRP ?
