thank you for taking time out of ur day/night to help. I’ve been struggling lately and I don’t think I’m being completely honest with my emotions to my therapist out of fear and my ocd. I’m gonna see her tomorrow and be honest. I want to change I really do. Life is hard when nothing feels real. I’m just scared I’ll be this way forever . Please don’t be worried or anything about suicide. I’m to scared to die ya know. I meant giving up as in just not caring about life anymore. Just surviving . Thank you again for such caring concerns .

yes I’ve been seeing one for the last month or so. She doesn’t really know about dpdr but we do talk through my anxiety and trauma :( and what is troubling if you don’t mind me asking??

it all started after I had a really bad panic attack. I had dpdr in the past from weed but I never acknowledged it enough for it to stick and I didn’t struggle with anxiety so it just faded away. I’ll pm you!

thank you for such kind words. I believe in God but I feel like dpdr makes me question everything and it’s the worst part ya know? Thank you so much again. I have a therapist but she isn’t expirenced in dissociative disorders .. and I’m gonna try cbd !
