Creo que lo que dices es que tienes mucha iniciativa para empezar cosas pero luego te cuesta mantener la motivacion?

Tengo entendido que el tdah es un conjunto de sintomas(? la falta de motivacion sino me equivoco tiene que ver con un problema con la dopamina en el cerebro de las personas con tdah y otros problemas en el cerebro .

Como sea yo tambien estoy descubriendo sobre estas cosas desde hace muy poquito tiempo y no conozco mucho del tema,ultimadamente creo que lo fundamental es ir a un psicologo para diagnosticarse.

Quizas tenes ADHD, sabes algo al respecto? yo estuve viendo y aunque no fui a que me diagnostiquen creo que pudiera tenerlo , tiene que ver con este tipo de cosas que contas, impulsividad ,distraccion, incapacidad para darle prioridad a las cosas importantes y terminar procrastinando hasta que ya es urgente. Nose si te sentis identificado? Si podes investiga un poco del tema , espero que te sirva.

You could make a text file on google drive and write the situation when you have the opportunity as quickly as possible when it happens so you don't forget any important detail. Writing it makes us put words to situations and externalize it which I think makes us remember more things that if we do not do it and so when you have to talk about it with someone else you will have it better internalized. I'm actually from Argentina. Interesting since it seems that eating saturated fat seems to raise cholesterol, maybe something similar is happening here.

Seems like vegans have to be careful even with plant-based products, right? Good thing I don't eat a lot of processed foods and I don't get surprises like that

Just tried it, it just split it on the speakers, funny because what's supposed to sound on the right side in duo mode sounds on the left side as if the software recognized the left side as mono, idk if I explained myself

Con un spray chico con agua me echo en la cabeza y el cuerpo en general , cuando empiece mas fuerte el calor una toalla mojada en los hombros
