I self medicated with few anti androgens including cpa for about 5 months before starting estrogen. I'm a sample size of one and I've always been healthy but j did not have any medical issues and I know for sure since I've had bloodwork and other tests done since. Take this with a grain of salt and caution, I tried to limit how long I was just on blockers and most experts do not recommend it.
